Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your TechLearn or Pre-Conference event registration after making payment, please contact Customer Service (with TechLearn in the subject line). You may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the show. If you are not able to make a substitution:

Payment Methods
We accept payment by corporate check (U.S. funds on a U.S. bank) payable to Lakewood Media Group or money orders, and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. You may register and select "balance due" for payment method if you are paying by check or later by Credit Card. For International attendees who wish to pay by Wire Transfer, please contact Customer Service.
Purchase Orders
If you are submitting a Purchase Order, please register with a "Balance Due" payment to generate an invoice. Then, send the Purchase Order by email to customer service or fax it to: 847.277.7414. If you need us to send the invoice to your accounting, please state that by email (and if you need the PO# on the invoice). Full payment of the invoice, by check or credit card, is required prior to the start of the TechLearn Conference.
Special Services/Assistance
If you have a special service need at TechLearn Conference (such as mobility, hearing-impairment, or dietary restrictions on food), please enter your needs on the online registration form. In order to accommodate your need, please Conference Management for Special Service needs by Friday, August 23.
