FEATURED BREAKOUT SERIES: Learning in Frontline and High-Risk Environments

The popular (and important) focus on Learning in Frontline and High-Risk Environments returns — and these sessions will be uniquely delivered via a live interview format for Training magazine's Innovations in Training Podcast, hosted by Jeff Weaver.

Do your learners work in places like ships, cranes, underground, or hotels? Do they work wearing goggles, non-slip footwear, hair coverings, or safety vests?

If your learners don’t sit behind a desk or work in an office, how do you ensure they can complete all required learning, receive organizational directives, and feel part of the culture? How do you engage with subject-matter experts who do their work on the front line or on the floor?

Discover how organizations develop and deliver training for employees who work in these settings.

Join us in the following sessions — hosted by learning designer Jeff Weaver — and featuring L&D experts from construction, healthcare, government, transportation, and workforce development who will share insights into specific challenges and solutions from frontline and high-risk environments.
