The Conference
Training magazine’s TechLearn 2025 Conference is designed for training and learning professionals who want to leverage the latest trends in how they do their work. Session topics include how workplace learning can effectively be enhanced through data and analytics, elearning, AI (artificial intelligence), gamification, mixed-reality applications (including augmented and virtual reality), mobile, performance support, simulations, social media, and virtual classrooms. Plus, interactive discussions and demos of new and emerging technologies to improve workplace performance, too.

The Audience
Attendees who are learning professionals, representing a wide spectrum of roles, titles, and industries. They attend to discover how best to use technology to empower learning in their organizations.

Who You Are
  • A learning professional, consultant in the learning and development space, or vendor.
  • You bring your experience from corporate, nonprofit, academia, government, and military.
Your Proposal
Your proposal should include a strong emphasis on how technology is successfully used to enhance the learner experience, align outcomes to business results, and report relevant data — and include:
  • Session Title: Make it specific, unique, and descriptive at-a-glance.
  • Outcomes: Include up to 5 expected outcomes.
  • Description: Make it clear and specific just how you will accomplish what you're promising to deliver. Concise and the simpler the better.
The Details
  • Accepted proposals include one complimentary conference registration for the primary presenter.
  • Up to two co-presenters receive a 50% discount on their conference registration.
  • Training magazine does not pay per diem, honorariums, or expenses.
  • Up to two proposals may be submitted, though doing so does not increase the chances of being selected.
  • Note: Sales-oriented proposals will not be accepted.
