Attendee Service Center
Log into the Attendee Service Center print out a confirmation, invoice or select/change a session selection. If you need to change your registration, the person attending, or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 847.620.4483 ext. 2 or by email:  Customer Service
 

Badges
Badges will not be mailed in advance. You will receive a confirmation upon registration and additional emails in September prior to the start of the Conference. Badges are required for entrance into all sessions at the event.
 

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your TechLearn or Pre-Conference event registration after making payment, please contact Customer Service at registration@goeshow.com (with TechLearn in the subject line). You may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the show. If you are not able to make a substitution:

  • Cancellations received by August 31, 2022, will be assessed a $100 handling/processing fee and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded within 30 days.
  • Cancellations received after August 31, 2022; no refunds will be given. You may request a credit to apply to a future TechLearn or Training Conference (this credit will be valid for one year).


Certificate Programs: Certificate of Completion
At the conclusion of the pre-conference Certificate Programs, attendees will receive a certificate of completion from Training magazine signed by the speaker(s).
 

CPT Points
Training magazine Events are pre-approved by the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). You can earn up to 12 CPT points to re-certify as a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with any Training magazine Conference or Certificate Program.  Full information on CPT certification can be found by clicking here.

 

Discounts
Discounts are available on the TechLearn Conference for the following: government/military personnel; higher education institutions; charitable non-profit organizations; and groups of three or more.  For more information go to Registration Fees & Discounts.  

One discount offer/code per attendee; discount offers may not be combined and are only valid on the Conference. Discounts must be entered prior to final payment. Discount codes will not be honored or refunded retroactively.
 

Dress Code
The conference is business casual. We’ll set the meeting room temperatures at 72 degrees. Please dress accordingly (you may want to bring a light jacket/sweater).

Group Registrations
Groups may register online. You will be prompted “To add additional attendee” on the Review page. In order to get a group discount on the Conference, all attendees must be from the same company/organization.  And, you must enter and apply the discount code for each person. Discounts are available starting at Groups of 3 or more, visit Registration Fees & Discounts.

Invoices
You may register online and select "Balance Due" for payment method; an invoice will be automatically sent by e-mail in the confirmation. Payment is due in full prior to the start of the event. A group invoice/receipt will be included in the confirmation if all team members were registered by one person. If your team registered separately, contact customer service about a group invoice.
 

Lunch
Lunch is included each day of the Conference and pre-Conference events. There will be refreshment breaks during the day as well as some evening events as noted in the Agenda online.
 

Mailing List Removal
If you would like to be removed from the mailing or email list, please send your request to Show Management.
 

Payment Methods

  • We accept the following credit cards:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • Corporate checks (US funds on a US bank) and money orders (US Funds).
  • If you are submitting a purchase order, please note your final payment is due prior to receiving your badge. 
  • For International attendees (outside the USA), you may pay by Wire Transfer, please contact Customer Service.

Payment by Corporate Check:  Make checks payable to Lakewood Media Group,and mail with your registration form or invoice.  If you pre-registered online or are paying an invoice, please place each attendee's name on the remittance portion of your payment. Checks being mailed must be received by Friday, September 2.

Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders, but final payment by check or credit card is required prior to the start of TechLearn Conference and/or its Pre-Conference events. Purchase orders stating payment will be made after TechLearn Conference will NOT be accepted.
 

Special Services/Assistance
If you require special services/assistance at TechLearn Conference, please answer the questions on the registration form or e-mail Conference ManagementIn order for us to accommodate your special need, please submit your request by the following dates:

Access to Sessions (e.g. wheelchair, hearing-impairment): Wednesday, August 31
Special Meal Need (due to dietary restrictions/allergies):  Wednesday, August 31

Transferring of your Registration (Substitution) Policies
Please contact Customer Service by Email or Phone 1.847.620.4483 ext 2 to transfer your registration to another person.
