We accept payment by check (U.S. funds on a U.S. bank) payable to Lakewood Media Group, and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. You may register and select "balance due" for payment method if you are paying by check or later by Credit Card. For International attendees who wish to pay by Wire Transfer, contact Customer Service.
If you are submitting a Purchase Order, please fax it to: 847.277.7414. Upon receipt of the Purchase Order, an invoice will be generated. Full payment of the invoice, by check or credit card, is required prior to the start of the TechLearn Conference. Badges will not be issued without full payment.
If you have a special service need at TechLearn Conference (such as mobility, hearing-impairment, or dietary restrictions on food), please enter your needs on the online registration form. In order to accommodate your need, please contact us for Special Service needs by Friday, August 30.
Should you need to cancel your paid TechLearn Conference registration, you must do so in writing—e-mail Customer Service or by fax 847.277.7414.
Cancellations received by August 30, 2019, are subject to a $100 processing fee and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded.
After August 30, 2019, we are happy to accept substitutions or issue a letter of credit to your organization to be used for a future Training magazine Conference or Certificate Program, but no refunds will be given. Letters of credit will be issued within two weeks after the close of the Conference.
