Call for Demos

TechLearn Demo Proposal Deadline: Friday, March 8

Thank you for your interest in presenting at Training magazine's TechLearn Conference 2019.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are accepting proposals for a very limited session format this year TechLearn Demos.

This Call for Demo Presenters is open specifically and exclusively to proposals which demonstrate effective use of learning technologies (i.e. Authoring Tools, LMSs, Emerging Technologies, Adaptive Learning, Social/Collaborative Learning, Virtual Classrooms, Testing Technologies. etc.).

We welcome submissions from in-the-trenches learning professionals, consultants, authors and vendors from corporations, academia, non-profits, government and the military.

What are these demonstrations?
They are interactive (and hands-on when relevant), and showcase appropriate, effective use of learning technologies. Demonstrations will take place in a conference demo space and run concurrently with 60-minute breakout sessions. They are fun, immersive learning experiences!

What are these demonstrations NOT?
They are not sales demonstrations or marketing pitches. They are not PowerPoint presentations. They are not lectures. They are not boring!

What you will need to submit:

  • A demo title (up to 12, must be descriptive).
  • A description (500-word limit) of what participants will experience when they come to your demo.
  • A link to a short video demonstration (no longer than 3 minutes, we will not accept emailed video files).
